Celles-ci attirent les populations gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi, leur dynamisme \u00e9conomique et leur qualit\u00e9 de vie.<\/p>\n<p>1. Les m\u00e9tropoles sont des lieux de production, d&rsquo;\u00e9change et de consommation ayant une influence au-del\u00e0 de leurs fronti\u00e8res.<br \/>2. Des relations inter-m\u00e9tropolitaines se cr\u00e9ent formant un r\u00e9seau mondial.<br \/>3.
